I didnt fail. GO ME!

Here are four spreads from the artists book module I completed recently.
They were based on letters from my dad and my diary entries.
Visually I'm reasonably happy with what I did under the circumstances, but feel I needed to put more consideration into the text, my wonderful time management failed yet again.

they look alright and i had some fun with them.
Now i can get on with doing what I actually want to! woohoo

pale moon

part of a double spread I started.

I just wanted to play with collaging and paint. I quite like the moon. On the other half there is a tree and bird cage but they still need a lil bit of work. I'll put it up when i'm done faffing with it!

I'm trying not to get hung up on having a style. when I do that i tend to panic that i havent got one and cant create anything i'm pleased with, so I am trying just to make what I want and find a pattern later. my craft is more important at the moment.

starts with one

This was a quick thing I did for my Narrative Sequence Module based on Cinderella.
My final spreads went in quite a different direction in the end, I'll post them when I get the chance :]

I'm trying to put off a pretty boring essay and decided to disguise this as doing something constructive.
Every one needs a blog, right?
I'll post something significant soon... promise.
